All sales on 80eighty.com are final, refunds are not possible.

Once an order is placed on our site, entries are counted and automatically submitted to our contest. Due to legalities, we are not able to tamper with these entries once they are in.

We are, however, always more than happy to exchange items for an item of lower or equal value! Make sure to check out our Exchange an Item that has not Shipped and Exchange an Item that has Been Delivered articles for more information on how to do so.
