How do I get entered? 

So sorry for the confusion! If you are trying to apply a bonus entry code, that will be applied after checkout. A discount code is applied before, but the entry codes differ a bit. 

Once you reach the success page you will see your total entries displayed, and the option for bonus entry codes underneath! 

You can also always apply a bonus entry code in your 80eighty account page once an order has been placed.
