Exchange an Item that has not ShippedUpdated a year ago

Firstly, if you are looking to exchange an item which you have already physically received, check out our article on Exchanging an Item that has Been Delivered.

So you placed an order and chose the wrong item, or maybe selected two of the same on accident! We're here to help. Reach out to us with the following information so we can get your item exchanged as quickly as possible:

- Order Number, or Full Name and Phone Number

- The wrong item ordered

- Item you would like instead of the wrong item ordered. (Screenshots from our site are preferable!)

Lastly, if you're still not decided on what items to exchange for, reach out to us immediately nonetheless! This is just so we can put your order on hold while you let us know what item you would like instead.
