So sorry for the issues! If you did not receive the amount of entries you though you would, there first are a couple things to clear up, that maybe would lead to lower entries than expected.

1. Entry Multipliers

Any entry multiplier promotion will be calculate as: (Entry Multiplier * subtotal = Entries).

That means if we are running a 20x entry promo and your subtotal is $40, (20 * 40 = 800 entries.

2. Discount Codes

If you applied a discount code to your order, your total entries will be lowered as well. For more information, check out this article.
